FOR CURRENT AND POTENTIAL OUR LADY'S PRESCHOOLERS THERE WILL BE A PRESCHOOL OPEN HOUSE WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1st 4:00-7:00pm PARENTS MAY COME TOO

The first day of Preschool will be Tuesday, September 7th for the Tues/Thurs and the Mon-Fri classes. Wednesday, September 8th will be the first day for the Mon/Wed/Fri class.

PRESCHOOL SUPPLIES:

package of baby wipes
3 ring binder with inside pockets
any style backpack with a change of clothes

PHILOSOPHY

Our Lady of Perpetual Help Preschool encourages our children to learn and grow through appropriate activities that support their talents in a loving and Catholic environment. Experiences and opportunities are provided to promote a positive self-esteem and individual development as well as community growth.

GOALS

Our goals are to plan and structure play experiences to educate the whole child, physically, emotionally, mentally, socially and spiritually in an atmosphere of love, respect and acceptance. We will integrate the preschool standards throughout everyday experiences and the curriculum.
  • Encourage children's joy of learning through their imagination and curiosity.
  • Foster a positive self-image and enable growth in self-knowledge.
  • Encourage problem solving and decision making skills while fostering friendships and cooperation with others.
  • Provide an environment for children to experience and become aware of God's love.
  • Offer experiences that support and encourage language development and emerging literacy.
  • Establish a positive partnership between home and school.

TUITION

2009-10 Pre-school Tuition The following prices reflect tuition for one child. A 5% multi-child discount is offered for those families having more than one child enrolled in the pre-school program. The COACE teacher discount does not apply to preschool. Tuition for one child:

$1,100 Session 1 Tuesday and Thursday
$1,600 Session 2 Monday, Wednesday, Friday
$2,100 Session 3 Monday - Friday (Pre-kindergarten)

Tuition is charged per year and can be paid in monthly installments. Our Lady charges a $25.00 late charge for any payment not received by the scheduled due date; as well as a $25.00 charge for any payment returned due to insufficient funds, closed accounts, etc. A $15.00 non-refundable registration fee is due with registration.

Our Lady will accept cash, checks, money orders, cashier checks or a family may choose to use EFT (electronic funds transfer). Families choosing EFT have the option of tuition withdrawal on the 5th or on the 20th of the month. Payments by means other that EFT must be received by the 5th of the month. Should the 5th of the month occur on a weekend or banking holiday, tuition is due the next business day.

Payments may be mailed to Our Lady of Perpetual Help; Attn: Tuition; 3752 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio 43123 or may dropped off at the school during regular school office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Monthly payments begin in September and end in May
